Relish Cafe was opened by Denise Walsh in Bettystown in 2007, having sold her Cafe in Drogheda where she was in business for 10 years, the aim was to focus on a vibrant local community and produce uncomplicated food using local suppliers & seasonal ingredients

5 years on and Relish now has 3 branches.

The original cafe in its stunning location on Bettystown beach is still thriving and we opened a second branch in Drogheda in July 2011 and third branch at Highlanes Gallery in July 2012.

The latter branches also feature a delicatessen where its possible to buy many of the local ingredients we use in our cafes.
